Your Discovery Process

The purpose of the Mr. Handyman Discovery Process is to help prospective owners see if they fit the Mr. Handyman business model. Franchising is about following a proven system. We have found that our most successful owners are the ones who follow our system. At Mr. Handyman, that begins from the first day we start discussing the franchise opportunity. We will follow a system during the Discovery Process. We’ve structured a few steps so that we can get to know you and you can thoroughly investigate our franchise opportunity. We’re confident that the more you know about our Mr. Handyman franchise business, our home-office team, and our franchise owners, the more you are going to like us.

1. Submit your Pre-Qualification form This will give us an idea if you have the financial resources and the business experience to be a successful Mr. Handyman owner.
   
   
2. Initial phone interview An informal get to know each other session.
   
   
3. Brand presentations We’ll walk you through a series of Mr. Handyman webinars to give you a run-down on who we are, what we do, and how it’s all done.
   
   
4. Validation Your opportunity to talk to Mr. Handyman owners.
   
   
5. Meet the Team Day If we agree that there’s a mutual fit, we’ll invite you to our home office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to spend an informative and memorable day with your Mr. Handyman team.
   
   
6. Decision If we choose to award you a franchise, you’ll have an important decision to make. If you’ve done your homework, we think it’ll be a no-brainer.
