He wasn't guessing, he had the experience to know what to do. The estimate was very detailed with pictures from his digital camera. The carpenter has excellent skills as was equipped with the tools to do the job (the German "Dremel like" tool was very cool) John was very patient in working out the plan and answering all of my questions and concerns. The framework and moulding that they put around them is beautiful and looks absolutly great. The outside looks wonderful and I haven't felt this good about the way my house looked outside in a while.
