    Nancy L. Herrington - Owner

    Nancy has owned the Mr. Handyman of the West Valley franchise since 2007. She lives in Goodyear, just down the road from one of her sisters (Kathy) and her best friends since junior and senior high school (Patty and Julie). Another sister, Norma, lives in San Antonio. She has one son, Bobby, who is married to Elizabeth and lives in Houston, Texas. They will be proud parents of a little boy in July of 2012, making Nancy a grandma for the first time. Bobby is a TV Producer for the City of Missouri, in Texas.

    Nancy is actively involved in the community as a volunteer and in her church, Christ's Church of the Valley. She was recently featured in a profile article in the March 2011 edition of Entrepreneur Magazine.

    Nancy was recently recognized by Meridian Bank and Cox Media as a finalist for the annual Community Hero award. Among multiple prizes, she was also given an iPad2 and now has become an Apple fan like her son.

    Nancy serves as a Board Member of the New Life Shelter in Goodyear, a refuge for families from domestic abuse. She was also recently appointed by the Mayor and Council of the City of Goodyear as a Board Member for the Board of Adjustments.

    Nancy is the leader of the Southwest Valley National Day of Prayer event held in May and has led the Southwest Valley Make-a-Difference Day project for over four years.

    Barbara T. - Customer Service Representative

    I am so excited about the fact that I was able to hire Barbara back to be a part-time Customer Service Representative. Unfortunately, with the downturn of the economy back in 2008, I had to make the difficult decision to lay her off. So, when the opportunity came about where I could add staff, Barbara accepted the offer to come work for us again part-time.

    Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and their spoiled dog, Daisy Mae, in Sun City. Barbara has quite a bit of experience with home interiors and also in the professional repair and maintenance field. In her free time, she and Paul ride their motorcycle around Arizona with their friends or walking Ms. Daisy around her neighborhood.

  • MaryAnn CSR

    MaryAnn T. - Office Manager

    One of the friendly voices you may hear when you call our office is MaryAnn. She recently moved back to Litchfield Park from the Bay Area in California. We are fortunate because MaryAnn and her late husband owned a fire protection construction company for over sixteen years. So, she brings a wealth of knowledge in helping our customers to find the best solutions.

    MaryAnn will become a grandmother for the first time this fall when her daughter Tasha has her first child. Tasha works as a sales representative for a health club facility in the Bay Area. At one time she was a 49er's Goldrush Cheerleader and host of a TV show in San Francisco. MaryAnn's son, Cion, is married and works in the solar industry. She is proud of the fact that her kids are college graduates.

    MaryAnn is actively involved as a volunteer in the Litchfield Park Kiwanis Club and attends Christ Church of the Valley.

    Chris Z. - Field Operations Manager

    We are fortunate to have Chris working on our team as he has over 35 years home building and remodeling experience in Missouri and California. Chris worked for us last year when he and his wife Paula spent the winter visiting in sunny Arizona. This year he came back to work full time. Paula is a nurse out at the local prison and they just moved into a beautiful home in Estrella Mountain Ranch. Chris and Paul attend Vineyard Church.

  • Paul M. - Service Technician

    Paul is definitely a favorite of our customers because he is so friendly and customers trust him because he is so multi-talented. Paul comes to us originally from Texas. He and his wife, Yvette, live in Whitmann. We love Paul because of his great sense of humor and he always has us laughing.

  • Joel T - Service Technician

    New to our team is Joel T., but he brings over 16 years professional construction experience. You can't miss Joel, he is big and strong, but has the heart of a teddy bear. Joel just moved to Surprise with his wife Dawneva and son from Seattle. The family attends Radiant Church in Surprise. Joel's hobby is raising snakes. Yikes! Be sure to wave at Joel as he rolls through your neighborhood.
