Nancy has owned the Mr. Handyman of the West Valley franchise since 2007. She lives in Goodyear, just down the road from one of her sisters (Kathy) and her best friends since junior and senior high school (Patty and Julie). Another sister, Norma, lives in San Antonio. She has one son, Bobby, who is married to Elizabeth and lives in Houston, Texas. They will be proud parents of a little boy in July of 2012, making Nancy a grandma for the first time. Bobby is a TV Producer for the City of Missouri, in Texas.
Nancy is actively involved in the community as a volunteer and in her church, Christ's Church of the Valley. She was recently featured in a profile article in the March 2011 edition of Entrepreneur Magazine.
Nancy was recently recognized by Meridian Bank and Cox Media as a finalist for the annual Community Hero award. Among multiple prizes, she was also given an iPad2 and now has become an Apple fan like her son.
Nancy serves as a Board Member of the New Life Shelter in Goodyear, a refuge for families from domestic abuse. She was also recently appointed by the Mayor and Council of the City of Goodyear as a Board Member for the Board of Adjustments.
Nancy is the leader of the Southwest Valley National Day of Prayer event held in May and has led the Southwest Valley Make-a-Difference Day project for over four years.
