Mr. Handyman of the West Valley has just been named the 2009 Award winner by the Phoenix Business Journal for the Volunteerism - The Heart of Business, in the Immediate Need category. This award recognizes a company that has made those most impacted by the recession - whether through job loss, foreclosure, loss of health insurance, etc. - the key focus of their community volunteerism efforts. Submission must be specific and include details about how the company's volunteer program helped either a nonprofit or a group of people in need as a result of the recession.

Our story has many chapters because every single day we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers and the community that we serve.
