Meet Our Staff

Ryan is responsible for responding to customer inquires, scheduling service appointments, and following up after every service visit to ensure that our customers are delighted with their Mr. Handyman experience. Ryan brings a wealth of experience to Mr. Handyman team gained as the former Operations Manager of Mountaintop Plumbing and Store Manager at Tates Rents and makes contributions in many areas of the business. He is a graduate of Borah High School and lives in Boise with his wife. Ryan is also a music and motorcycle enthusiast.

Frank initially joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2006 and has been an asset to the company in many ways. Before joining Mr. Handyman, Frank was the Facilities Manager at Terry Reilly Health Clinics and the owner of Garro Construction. Frank is a well-rounded craftsman with experience in completing both large and small home improvement projects. Frank lives with his wife in Star. Frank also loves cooking and has made culinary contributions to a number of area restaurants.

Tim comes to the Mr. Handyman team as an experienced hands-on general contractor. Tim and his family moved to the Boise area in 2009 from Ennis, Montana to be closer to their children. Tim is a skilled carpenter with experience completing a wide range of projects. He also loves to do tile and stone work. Tim lives in Boise with his wife. While in Montana, he was active in city government and served the City of Ennis in a variety of roles.

To become a Certified Service Technician, Mr. Handyman employees must meet the following requirements:

- Provide service to over 100 customers while maintaining a customer satisfaction rating of at least 95%

- Complete a series of 6 classes on customer service, quality, and safety

- Consistently adhere to company standards on professionalism, workmanship, and image

- Meet company performance standards in the areas of productivity, quality, etc.
