At exactly the scheduled time, my service technician, Ron was at my doorstep. He even had surgical type shoe covers for his shoes to keep my floors neat. After a brief time for me to explain what I needed done, Ron started working. He was fast as well as very clean and accurate. I was more than satisfied with all aspects of the work done.
