Base was built for new fireplace and on which stone/hearth would be added (from local fireplace supply company). New fireplace was installed. Wiring, cabling was done for addition of wall-mounted television and to accomodate satellite TV receiver and DVD/CD player installation. Wall opening and window were trimmed, mantel and bookcases built.
