For this project, we Installed supports for the flat panel internal to the steel stud wall (you cannot hang a flat panel directly on steel studs since they will buckle under the weight of a large TV). Added recessed surround sound speakers and hid all wiring including running hidden HDMI cables to a remote DVR, VCR, and Surround Sound Receiver.
