Matt D - Operational Manager

In the past, I've worked in the home building business while attending college.   I enjoy learning construction skills but also have an interest in business and finance.  This job will give me a chance to use my background in both areas.  I'm excited about working with our technicians and getting out in the field to meet our customers.  For four years, I travelled to Nak Nek, Alaska where I worked as a deckhand for a commercial salmon fishing company.   Each season, I spent 5 weeks straight on the boat when the sun shines 20 hours a day.

Bill B - Certified Service Technician

I've always enjoyed working in service, construction, and custom home building industries.  I have experience as a carpenter, tile setter, and most recently a project manager in home restoration.  My special skills are trim, siding, tile, and plumbing.  I like tile and plumbing jobs the most but also enjoy doing something different everyday.  I have a wife and two boys that keep me pretty busy at home.

Century Club - Mr. Handyman International recognizes service technicians who have met various training and service requirements and milestones.  Bill recently just serviced 100 customers in our 3rd month of business.

Certified Service Technician - Mr. Handyman International recognizes service technicians who have met various training and service requirements and milestones. Certification requires successful completion and examination in eight courses dealing with job safety and customer service. Technicians must have serviced at least 100 customers for over 500 service hours, and have zero job-related accidents. Mr. Handyman sponsors on-going training, and certifications must be renewed every year.

Tim M - Certified Service Technician

I’m a friendly, loyal, and dedicated individual who has extensive experience in the construction field. I’ve built two homes and renovated over 25 homes in addition to serving as a general contractor, project manager, and crew supervisor. My skills include decks, fences, roofing, floor installations, drywall, fine cabinetry, tile, siding, and electrical work. What I like most is completing jobs that help people. I’m married and have a daughter who loves sports.

Bill F - Customer Service Representative

I am one of the CSR and am no stranger to customer service.  I spent many years in the automobile business in parts, service, and sales as well as being a dealer.  In the last few years I was VP and GM of an auto restoration shop that also serviced race teams with component parts. My wife Wanda and I travel the country showing Old English Sheepdogs that we also breed.  I  enjoy photography of landscapes and flowers that I market through galleries and a website that is in the process of being built.

Janet Sipp - Owner

I've been an ICU nurse and university professor for 22 years.  My husband and I have enjoyed working together on homes we purchased and renovated.  We're both creative and willing to work hard for that potential we initially see in a house.  Some of our purchases require more "vision" than others but we are passionate about turning houses into homes.  I feel we bring this passionate drive and energy to our community's MrHandyman.  When I don't have a paintbrush in my hand, I enjoy reading and growing roses.
