Residential Projects
Plumbing:
Replaced and repaired toilets.
Replaced faucets in kitchens, bathrooms, and at the hose end.
So many leaky showers, hose faucets and replaced shower heads.

Carpentry:
Adjusted front stoop to allow rain runoff.
Installed new porch baluster rail and spindles.
Repaired miles of wood rot in windows, decks, and fascia.
Removed and replaced (with proper flashing) many window and door cornices.
Crown, complex crown, chair rail, base, casement, spindles, you name it we can do it.
Electrical:
Replace wall switches
Replace or install ceiling fans or light (or both)
Install electrical appliances
Install GFCI outlets
Repairs and Maintenance:
Replaced several sliding glass, fixed and swing combos, and entry doors.
Replace many windows including a 10 ft. picture/casement.
Installed many storm doors
Cleaning the fuzz out of the air conditioner unit. (adds years of life and increases efficiency).
Clean dryer vents
Replaced many square feet of drywall after the floods of 2010. Baseboard too.
Repaired broken and dirty humidifiers.
Window and trim caulking, we even clean windows while we’re at it.
