Ken is our Senior Technician and has been with the company since it opened in 2004. He has over 25 years of paid professional experience, which enables him to provide you with a solution to all of your house hold chores. No matter how small, it's always: On Time. Done Right.®

While the Anne Arundel & NE PG Counties Mr Handyman has been in business for six years, it was purchased by Kevin Crysler and Diana McKinney in July 2010. Kevin began in the home maintenance and repair business in 1979 at a mobile home dealership in Orangeburg SC. Eventually he became the General Manager of Mobile Home Brokers in Florence, South Carolina, which led him into a career in management and operations. He spent five years at Johns Hopkins University, serving for a time as the Assistant Dean of the School of Education while also earning an MBA from the Carey Business School, and most recently worked in senior management at the Smithsonian, before deciding to start his own business in the field where his career started.

Affectionately known in the office as “Mrs. Handyman,” Mrs. Crysler is the person in her household who deals with all of the repairmen and service providers. As a result, she brings a great “customer focus” to her work at Mr. Handyman and works diligently to be sure that our customers are satisfied.
