  Charlie arrived ready for any project.  My first questions was "Do you know how to do electrical work"?  His answer was, "Yes, we do everything from roofing to plumbing to electrical, we can do just about anything you need done".  I showed him the T.V. and where it needed to be hung and the sky light project.  He was ready to go and immediately went to his truck to get his tools.  Although the t.v. was a challenging project, Charlie had several ideas to make it work.  He kept me informed of everything he was going to do and how he could make it work.  His expertise and professionalism is something very hard to find in the service industry today.  Needless to say, he left my house that evening at 10:00pm.  We were not able to finish all the projects that day so he said he was going to try to fit me in the next day.  He arrived the next afternoon around 5:00 and stayed until the job was done, around 9:00pm.  His professionalism and attention to detail were very much appreciated.
