Joe is a gifted craftsman with experience widely ranging from smaller repairs to major renovation.  He takes great pride in earning each customer's trust & satisfaction as he is well aware that both repeat and referral business is the "lifeblood" of our business!  He "works his heart out" to minimize your time & expense while completing expert repairs and maintenance.

John has spent much of his career satisfying customers while performing remodeling and renovation projects including owning his own company here in South Jersey.  Many of our customers describe him as "delightful" referring to both his cheerful disposition as well as the superior quality of his work.

Ray's philosophy in leading the organization is simple - display professionalism in everything we do to earn the customer's trust will result in repeat and referral business over the long run.  It starts with answering the telephone "live" during normal office hours while returning all after-hours calls promptly.  This is followed by expert consultation over the telephone, confirming appointments the day prior and follow-up calls to every customer to assure their satisfaction.  Each technician will arrive on-time, in a clearly marked van and professional uniform.  On every visit we will provide expert on-site consultation based upon 10-15+ year of experience and deliver top quality craftsmanship in a minimumum amount of time.  High quality work while minimizing the time and your expense delivers outstanding value to our customers. 

Before joining the Mr. Handyman organization, Ray spent 25+ years working in Fortune 100 global-leading companies; including running service organizations much like Mr. Handyman!  His background includes an Engineering & Business degree from Drexel University and is a Cherry Hill native.
