Meet Our Staff

Perry is a Chester County native and comes to us with a strong background in the trades.  After high school, he attended Delaware County Community College then worked at a variety of construction related positions including operating his own construction company for eight years.  Most recently Perry worked for a major local builder.  He is extremely skilled in all of the trades including carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile. 

Perry lives in the Exton area and enjoys fishing and golf, and especially enjoys spending time with his children and granddaughter.

Bob grew up in West Chester and graduated from West Chester East High School. For six years he lived and worked in Delaware and last year moved back to the area. He ran his own building maintenance business and has worked for several construction/maintenance companies. Bob is also a certified locksmith.

Bob has over 20 years trade skills including carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing and drywall. When not working he enjoys singing in a barbershop quartet and spending time with his family. Bob is also an active volunteer in support of local community events.

For fifteen years Vladimir lived and worked in Oregon, and came to Chester County over a year ago. A native of Serbia, Vladimir is a US citizen. He graduated from Belgrade High School and holds an Associates Degree from Home Repair Technical School. While in Oregon, Vladimir worked for a painting contractor and for the last ten years, ran his own construction, repair and painting business. With over 16 years of experience in a wide range of trade skills, Vladimir excels at painting, all phases of carpentry, tile work, electrical work, flooring, plumbing and drywall. He especially enjoys remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.

Vladimir and his family live in Wayne. When not working he enjoys freshwater fishing and spending time with his family.
