Our Staff includes:

  • Lou Wilson -

    Lou has been with the company for about 6 months and has excelled his customer base quite fast. He enjoys all aspects of the business and is eager to help all customers with their projects. He also gets great reviews, sometimes his customers will call as soon as he leaves tell us what a great job he did. He is married with 3 boys and 3 girls, he lives in Pearland and enjoys Golf and Painting in his spare time.

    Alan Ratjen - Owner

    My wife and I started Mr. Handyman in 2007 after a reduction in force at Coca-Cola.  I've always wanted my own business and decided Mr. Handyman was a perfect fit for me.  I've enjoyed remodeling and helping my dad build houses as I grew up so I have alot of knowledge in home repair.  We are members of Sacred Heart of Jesus church, our hobbies include helping Lisa's family's business, fishing, hunting, camping and spending  time with our 2 boys.

  • Lisa Ratjen

    Lisa Ratjen - Owner and Customer Service Representative

    Lisa is the wife of the owner and has been the CSR since the beginning in 2007. She is very passionate about the business and is happy to assist our customers with their projects. She has been married for 22 years and has 2 boys ages 15 and 7 and loves to spend time with them. Her family has a country market, Frobergs Farm in Alvin , Texas and she loves the work their on the weekends. She enjoys helping others.

  • Tracy Roberts

    Tracy Roberts -

    Tracy is our new technician, he comes to us froma Satellite Company. He and his dad has built several homes and has done numerous remodels. He is very knowelgdable about the home repair business and is ready to serve our customers needs. He is married and lives in La Marque and has 2 cats. He enjoys fishing and working around the house.
