This customer was a referral from another Mr. Handyman in the DFW area. The client owns several commercial properties and needed this one remodeled to make it ready for leasing to a new tenant.

There was quite a bit of work to be done - painting inside and out, siding replacement, new vinyl tile on the stairs and in the hall and uptairs office, carpentry work inside and out, lighting and electrical repairs and parking lot concrete work. Our Mr. Handyman techs did much of the work but we brought in our licensed electrician (Service Electric) for the electrical work and Lambert Construction for the concrete work. We do many things in-house but if we can't (like the concrete) or aren't licensed (like the electrical) we know who can do the work to our standards. We do what it takes to get the job done for our clients!
