There's perhaps no greater detractor to your home than unsightly wood rot around your windows, doors, and trim in general.  We see it all the time.  Called out to a home to repair for a minor repair on something inside and we observe major damage caused by years of neglect... no caulking - no painting.  Left unattended, a small area of water damage can easily turn into a costly repair and often times with structural consequences.  Review the photos (use the arrows to scroll left and right) to see how we've helped numerous homeowners not only improve the curb appeal of their homes, but prevent and correct major defects.

alternate solutions

- Instead of replacing rotted wood with more wood products, consider using solid PVC materials.

- Another solution is to "wrap" the wood (assuming it's not too far gone) with vinyl-coated trim coil aluminum.
