Wheaton Handyman Helps Local Charities for National Day of Service

The anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks has been recognized as the National Day of Service and Remembrance.

According to United We Serve , the day was created to provide a productive and respectful way to honor those who perished and rekindle the spirit of unity and compassion that swept the nation to help meet challenges faced today. Bridge Communities Today, Mr. Handyman of Wheaton is teaming with Bridge Communities in Glen Ellyn and donating technicians' time and services to better the lives of homeless families. Mr. Handyman Wheaton Across the country, Mr. Handyman technicians are helping local causes by donating free handyman services, more than 800 hours combined, to organizations such as domestic violence shelters, food banks, Ronald McDonald Houses and more. Mr. Handyman of Wheaton technicians will perform household installation and upgrade projects to local families. Two vans of technicians will be deployed around the Glen Ellyn area providing multiple households with ceiling tile replacements, caulking windows , painting, flooring repairs , bathroom repairs and other home improvement jobs.
