Desiree, Tim Welch
Tim and Desiree Welch opened Mr. Handyman Serving Brentwood, Antioch and Discovery Bay on November 16, 2016. Desiree has 30+ years of experience in the corporate world. She most recently served as Vice President of Product Development and Customer Service. She was a key executive in a start up company, helping it to grow to $70 million in sales in just 10 years. Desiree has extensive experience in motivating a team, growing sales and managing financials. She manages the office staff, manages financials and all marketing campaigns. Desiree believes that treating everyone with dignity and respect at all times is vital to great customer service. Tim has 25 years of experience in providing excellent customer service for a large non-profit organization. He is currently attending California State University–Hayward and will receive his degree in music composition in 2017. Tim plays a vital role as Technician Supervisor. He works with the customer and technicians to ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and that the customer expectations are met. Tim, Desiree and their family have been part of the Brentwood community for 9 years and are dedicated to community involvement.
Customer Service Representative
Amanda is an experienced, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. With her many years helping customers fall back in love with their homes, she has made customer service her top priority. You can always find Amanda at home entertaining her family and friends. Amanda is excited to become a part of the Brentwood community and the Mr. Handyman family.
Jesse is a qualified tradesman who has been supporting local families and business with repairs and improvements for more than a decade. He was raised in the Brentwood / Oakley area, where he is now raising his family. Jesse enjoys being part of the community and prides himself on giving back to the community. He believes that this is how a place called home, becomes home.
Matthew is a local guy and has lived in the Brentwood, Antioch, Discovery Bay area for 28 years. He and his wife believe that this area is perfect for raising their 3 children ages 9, 11 and 12. He feels that our community shares his core value: integrity. Matthew prides himself on providing excellent customer service and ingenuity on the job.
