OwnerDon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a BS in Business Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. After college, Don was recruited by Niagara Mohawk (currently National Grid) where he spent 31 years as a field supervisor, manager, and director before retiring and starting his own Mr. Handyman franchise. The experience supervising and managing a workforce at National Grid has given Don the skills to carefully pick a team for Mr. Handyman that focuses on providing the best home repair services in the area.

Customer Service RepresentativeMy name is Kim Reynolds. I have been happily married for almost 23 years and have two amazing children. Deciding to work for Mr.Handyman was a major life decision after 30 years managing in the food service industry. During those years I worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, casual dining, college campuses and owned and ran a catering company and bakery. The food service industry has always been long hours, weekends, and little to no family time so it was time for a change. Food is and always will be my passion but so is customer relations and personal connections. I have always loved talking to people and connecting with them, so deciding to become a CSR was the perfect opportunity for me. I have many goals I would like to achieve working for this company and I am already on my way.

Service ProfessionalMy name is Jeff Reynolds and I have over 30 years’ experience in the construction business. I also have the same amount of experience in the food industry. I have been in the food service industry since I was 16 years old, and it was where I met my wife. We have been married almost 23 years and have two great boys. The food service industry was the career I chose so I could support my family, but construction / carpentry work is my passion. When I have free time, I like to golf, travel, and spend time with my family. Working for Mr.Handyman has been the best career move I have ever made and I plan on staying with company until I retire.

Jim McClenthan
Service ProfessionalJim was welcomed to the Mr Handyman team in November of 2020. With over 30 years of home improvement retail management experience, Jim has gained both product and hands on home improvement and repair experience through multiple channels including Chase Pitkin University where Jim was a Store Manager for several years. Having to attend continuous hands on and product training classes throughout his career at Chase Pitkin Jim was able to learn a lot. He continued his career with Lowes as the HR Manager where he was responsible for hiring the most experienced individuals for the many departments within the store. Jim gained additional hands-on experience while working for a construction company owned and operated by a lifelong friend and Superior Construction owed by his Uncle Steve. Jim’s outstanding unmatched customer service skills and ability to take on any challenge with a strong desire to do the best possible job for the customer made him a perfect fit for the Mr. Handyman team. Jim has 3 beautiful Children 3 grandchildren and wife of over 30 years. His hobbies are enjoying a summer ride on his Harley and proudly maintaining his own home to superior standards.
