After moving on from a 20 year tenure as the first employee with a well known start up exterior rehab general contracting firm where he helped develop all the business management operations growing the company to a quarter billion dollars in annual sales, Lowell decided to join forces with his fiancé to form their own home services company with the concept of bringing back outstanding customer service to the neighbors and community that he and his partner had been born and raised in. Lowell has been in the industry both in the field and on the administrative side and understands that customer satisfaction is the key to everything; as long as communication is proactive and expectations are exceeded, everything else just falls into place. Lowell is the father of three wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter who motivate him to be his best every day.
The President and majority owner, Tammy, holds a BA in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has held a variety of positions in this field for many years and makes sure that all Mr. Handyman technicians are background checked, have clean driving records and represent the company in the most professional manner possible. Tammy is constantly improving the company for expansion into new areas of service for residential and commercial service and is always thinking outside of the box. Tammy is one of the most likeable people you'll ever get a chance to meet and brings her contagious smile and positive attitude with her wherever she goes. When it comes to business, she expects her staff to deliver nothing but the best. Tammy is the proud mother of three sons and two very young grandsons.
Customer Service Representative
Jennifer is our first line of contact for most all incoming calls and emails. She has over 10 years experience in customer service in a variety of business atmospheres. Jennifer manages the office maintenance and handles phone sales, appointment scheduling, invoicing, assists with human resources and marketing directly with the owners. She has developed an extremely organized business system in addition to our paperless system so that all data can be found easily if needed. Jennifer's goal is to make sure all bases are covered with clients from the first contact until the job is completed with as much ease as possible to ensure a great experience with Mr. Handyman. Throughout the day, Jennifer double checks on all appointments in progress and also prepares the technicians for the next day jobs with as much information as possible so they are as prepared as they can possibly be before heading out to the next residential or commercial property. Jennifer has a handsome young son and is a wonderful mother.

Dean Proctor has over 20 years experience in a variety of trades. Dean has owned his own business and has worked for others as a lead carpenter, in water and fire damage restoration, rehabbing homes and building new homes from start to finish. Dean is trained and experienced in all areas from framing to finish carpentry work, has developed project layout and ensured compliance to blueprint work, has performed maintenance, repairs, improvements and remodeling in all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects including doors, windows, walls, stairs, cabinets, shelves, floors, counters, closets, wall panels, interior and exterior trim, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bath renovations, wood and steel stud work, glass and window work, assembly and custom construction of all types of carpentry projects including decks, stairways, cabinets, replacement of rotted wood, etc. Dean is an expert craftsman and is always coming up with great ideas thinking outside the box. Dean is the most tenured technician on our team.
Don Thorn has 20 years experience in rehabbing and repairing homes and commercial properties. He has worked on nearly a thousand properties, mostly for Coldwell Banker Gundaker Realtors, which were either rentals that the agents owned or homes that needed repairs or improvements prior to sale. He has performed a variety of tasks including light plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall repairs and replacement, deck and patio replacements, kitchen and bath cabinet replacements, kitchen and bath sink installations, replacement of toilets, tubs, shower surrounds and glass sliding doors, mirror and vanity replacements. Don carries a garage full of tools with him in his van, along with just about every stock supply needed to complete most all standard handyman jobs at any time. Don is one of the friendliest techs we have and always goes the extra mile to make you smile.
