After taking time to spend with her three children, she chose to rejoin the workforce by assisting her brother Tom in launching Mr. Handyman of Greater Grand Rapids. After 16 years traveling as a consultant in the pharmaceutical manufacturing arena, Tom decided to settle in West Michigan. Having established successful businesses in the past, he evaluated numerous entrepreneurial endeavors before launching Mr. Handyman of Greater Grand Rapids with his sister, Andrea in 2008.
