Ryan McFarlin is the owner of Mr. Handyman of Waukesha where he leads a team dedicated to reliable, professional, and high-quality home repair and improvement in Waukesha and North Milwaukee Counties. With a strong focus on trust, craftsmanship, and clear communication, Ryan helps homeowners and businesses solve everyday maintenance challenges, done right the first time. Ryan grew up in Waukesha and graduated from Waukesha South High School. After graduating from UW Madison, Ryan worked in the golf course industry as a golf course superintendent. After a successful career in golf, Ryan transitioned into finance and worked as a financial advisor. He is married with two kids and has a rescue border collie named Percy. When not serving the needs of his clients and team, he enjoys cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, curling, golf and spending time in his woodshop.

Bill has over 6 years of experience. He had great customer skills, is personable, a problem solver, and is experienced with interior and exterior jobs of all kinds. In his free time, Bill enjoys racing iceboats when weather conditions allow. He also narrates audiobooks in his spare time.

Dwight has over 17 years of experience as a painter. In his free time he cheers on the Dallas Cowboys and likes to hunt and fish. He listens to country music and watches Chicago PD/Chicago Fire. His most valued activity is spending time with his 3 boys.

Percy is a high energy rescue border collie with aspirations of becoming a full time shop dog at Mr. Handyman of Waukesha. We look forward to welcoming him when he meets our high standards.
