I had some work done a few months ago and had to have a few things touched up, Kelly was great! He really took the time to look at everything and make it perfect. I really appreciated that they sent someone out quickly and that he did just a great job.

Let me begin by saying the 5 star reviews did not disappoint. Everyone at Mr. Handyman that we have been in contact with have been pleasant and extremely helpful. They are very professional and very clear about what they do and what we can expect. Our first experience was having a garage attic door/ladder replaced. The technician, Jacob Graves, came out and assessed what was needed, spoke with my husband about our specific desires and gave us an estimate before leaving. He returned at a scheduled time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will also add that he was on time both times. We have been so pleased with Jacob's work and the folks we spoke with at Mr. Handyman that we will definitely be calling them again soon. It's so rare to find places that focus on customer service and customer satisfaction, but Mr. Handyman is a jewel.

Steve Nelson did a great job replacing two doors for us - one a bedroom door and the second a screen door. When he discovered that the new door we purchased had a minor flaw he made several trips to the retailer to make sure we received a good one. Skilled, informative and friendly. My job was just competed by Jacob G who did an absolutely fantastic job! He was prompt courteous and very professional. I won’t hesitate to use him again.

My home has three doors (two interior, one exterior) that shifted out of opening/closing properly due to ground settling. I had never used Mr. Handyman before. I called and they sent Steve Nelson. One door was completely rehung with hinge repairs and a spacer added to the doorknob strike plate. The second door was removed, wood planed to re-size it, and then rehung. The third door's hinge brackets were tightened up to optimum. Steve did a great job on all repairs! He is friendly, professional, and focused on his work. I was glad to show him other repair issues that can be addressed on a future visit. Thank you!

Tim Simmons installed my Shower Door today, and he was well worth the wait!!!! I had heard he was The Best, and I have to agree. He takes his installs very seriously, and is very knowledgeable with what was best for my flooring, shower pan, shower door, and trim work. He also arrived on time, and didn't leave until everything was done to his satisfaction. I highly recommend him, and will be using Mr Handyman in the future.
