After your Core Services appointment, HCP will provide a comprehensive report on your home's performance, upgrade recommendations, and cost estimates. Your home also will receive a U.S. Dept. of Energy - Home Energy Score.
Home Performance with Energy Star ("HPwES"). HPwES is the most customized upgrade program. An HCP building scientist assesses home systems; diagnoses structural air leakage and insulation levels; and develops proposals for improving the overall health, safety, efficiency, and durability of all home systems by introducing new technologies. Your utility company determines rebates and low-interest financing incentives to reduce your upgrade costs and to maximize your year-round comfort and lifetime energy savings.
Home Energy Solutions - Income Eligible ("HES-IE"). HES-IE provides free-of-charge Core Services to qualified households that earn less than 60% of the State median income.
