    My wife and I are the owners of Mr. Handyman of Wheaton to Hinsdale. We hope that you find your experience with our team exceeds your expectations, as we strive for a superior customer experience. A little insight about us...Wayne's most recent role was for a battery distribution company, managing a branch for the last six years. Prior to that he worked for a printing company for about 20 years where he started as a printers' helper eventually worked his way up to operations manager running the day to day business for a semi-retired owner. Kim worked in Human Resources for Citi for over 25 years and then worked for AIG before retiring from the corporate world. We have rehabbed a number of homes and enjoy doing home improvement projects together. Our hobbies are golfing, traveling and community involvement. We regularly volunteer at the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

    Office Manager

    Jill is an enthusiastic customer service represntative, focused on providing our clients with the highest level of quality service. Jill has over 10 years in budget, benefit and financial analysis experience. Her most recent role was Financial Analyst at McDonald's Corporation managing the monthly budget and operating expense analysis to department heads. Prior to that conducted analysis for monthly employee benefit investment accounts and provided customer service to employees on their individual accounts. She received Employee of the Month for her outstanding customer service. Jill is married and has two beautiful children. She enjoys racquetball and gardening.

    Customer Service Manager

    Barb has been working in customer service for over 30 years. She enjoys working with our customers to help them in anyway she possibly can. She previous worked at Nicor Gas, Comcast Cable, Inviso Services providing customer service to clients. Barb is single with a son and is the youngest of a large family of 8. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafts and spending time with family and friends.

    Customer Service Manager

    Jamie is an experienced Account Representative with over 15+ years providing clients with a highly quality customer experience. Jamie has experience in graphic design, customer service and billing. Prior to joining our team she worked for Market Day as a Customer Representative assisting schools with their fundraising events, online sales support and troubleshooting technical challenges. Jamie is married and has one child.

    Senior Service Technician

    Scott has been doing all sorts of handyman repairs for the past 10 years. He knows the difference between the right and the wrong way projects should be done. Scott is willing to tackle any type of home repair that comes his way. His previous employer was a precision sheet metal fabricating company in Carol Stream where he learned to developed excellent customer service skills. Scott is married with two kids. His hobbies are fishing, camping, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

    Larry is a Service Technician with over 20+ professional handyman experience. His specialty is in finished carpentry and in home remodeling. Larry also has facilities management experience in maintenance and upkeep on multi-unit apartment buildings, residential and light commercial buildings. He is a problem solver and will go the extra mile for the customer. Larry is a Pastor in his local church. He has a wife and two children.

    Service Technician

    Patrick is a Service Technician who has over 15+years handyman experience in a variety of areas. He joins our team after leaving his own home improvement business. His area of focus was in interior remodeling and general carpentry. He strives to focus on the customer, understanding their needs and providing a high quality handyman service. Prior to that he was a Department Manager at the Pro Sales Desk at Home Depot. He was responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including visiting job sites, material recommendations and team development. He was also a Team Depot Captain initiating various community outreach projects. He enjoys fishing and camping with his family.

    Service Technician

    Richard is a technician with over 20 years of handyman experience. He has a wide variety of experience in carpentry, flooring, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, and plumbing. Richard has extensive training in lead safety and asbestos abatement.
