Justin was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He worked at a very good pace, obviously very knowledgeable with everything on my list. He listened carefully to my needs, asked questions when he felt I needed to be more specific regarding the outcome of, or placement of different items I had listed. I really liked that quality of respect for me, rather than complete the task the way he felt it should be. Somehow, even though I had provided my large list to the dispatcher(?), I wasn't given the full day my needs required, therefore Justin explained he had another job he had to get to. I then had to look at my list and decide what little jobs, which I could do myself, but was willing to pay just to get my list marked off and D-O-N-E!! However, after the 1st two "musts" I had to decide one at a time asking, "okay, do you have time to do this?" He'd look at his watch and say yes. I feel he may have felt bad after he could clearly see the list I had, which was listed in order of importance. Two of the top 3 were finished, the last-which was also quite important, wasn't completed because of not enough time left. That still doesn't sit well with me, I have to reschedule another 1/2 day. However, Justin did perform everything to my standards, which are high. I don't know where the mix up in scheduling was, there was a person out due to injury, but my needs were not pressing. In fact my scheduled day had to be postponed by almost a week, which I didn't mind, I fully understand. This company is very professional on the phone, listens closely(I thought), follows up on the scheduling. I am very impressed and do recommend them. Just be specific and make your wishes known, if you don't want to have to allow 2 of your day's being filled, when everything can be done in a day, but be realistic. Justin also had a lot of parts, construction items, etc in his truck, if he should need something, which saves time, luckily I was prepared and had most everything needed except caulk because of something which wasn't on my list, got done at the last minute. I have had contractor's that get over 1/2 way into a job, then say they have to run to a supply house for this or that, which makes for an expensive and time consuming repair. He also had all the tools needed and didn't run back and forth, per each item on the list to get the tools needed. After going over my list, he went and got the tools he felt he would need and went to work. That also saves a lot of time on a project and money in the long run. Lastly, Justin did a great job of cleaning up as he finished each project. I will be requesting him to come back to finish my list, if he isn't too booked out due to this review :-) Mr Handyman is a great addition to our area, particularly Stuart. I haven't found anyone reputable until now. Kudos to Mr Handyman and a great thanks to Justin. See you soon!

I hired them to caulk some 2nd floor exterior windows. The mechanic, William, was punctual, courteous and professional.

Mr. Handyman is the best. Eli was my tech. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I needed my bathroom sink faucet replaced. Eli replaced it and put in new knobs for my water shutoff! Did a wonderful job. Cleaned up all the debris as well. I have already recommended them to my Mother. Definitely will use them again!

Once again I called Mr. Handyman. Jeff Bazzell responded and suggested a fix for an ongoing problem with caulking around my kitchen window and counter top. He installed PVC trim in both places and it looks wonderful. It looks even better than I had anticipated. This makes three times that I used this company and have never been disappointed.
