What can I say, except what a great experience with even better techs. Mike, who I initially talked with, sold me on this company, just by his confidence, knowledge, professionalism and assurance your techs had experience working with Sunsetter awnings. No hard sell, just info. I was immediately convinced, ignored other offers and scheduled appt. Price was not the deciding factor, but rather the confidence I felt in knowing the job would be done right, as work is guaranteed. Morning of appt I got a text from both techs, John Klumpp and Don Toon. The text had photo IDs and welcomed heads-up for arrival. Once on site, began working immediately and efficiently!! Completed well within timeframe. Don left but John pointed out some problems, as Sunsetter fabric was about 3" short and gap between awning and wall, which will be a rain problem. He made some suggestions . Again, exceptionally informative and friendly After they left, I opened and closed awning several times noticing bunching on one side. Called Mike and within one hour John returned and quickly resolved the problem. Now what you need to take away from this lengthy review is: . Was on time, professional and did a great job.

I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Handyman of NE Ohio. I was helping my brother, who lives in a 100-year-old house. Barbara in the office and Matt, the handyman, couldn't have been more helpful or professional. Matt came out to do the estimate and my brother, who freely admits that he likes dogs better than people, warmed to him immediately. We were able to get the job scheduled and completed the following week, which far exceeded my expectations. The project involved the demolition of the tub surround, which was literally falling apart (with tiles in the tub and a big hole in the wall). Matt took out the old tile and wall, put up new green board, redid all of the plumbing (fixing a leak that had been dripping into the ceiling below for a while), and installed a new tub surround, adding two grab bars. Matt also installed a wooden railing up the stairs from the main floor to the second floor. Since my brother's fall down those stairs was what precipitated this whole project, we were so pleased to add this extra measure of security for my brother. Probably the highest compliment is that my brother said he has several more projects to get done and he would be happy to have Matt come back to do work for him again. I truly appreciated that Mr. Handyman understood the scope of the project: make it functional and safe with an affordable approach to the needed repairs. They accomplished that and more.
