Had a very good experience today with Mr. Handyman. I called yesterday to have closet doors installed after home depot told me they wouldn't do it, even though I purchased the doors from them. I got right through when I called and they sent George out to help me today. That's right the very next day. George was professional and friendly and I really appreciated his attention to detail and timely install. Would highly recommend. Ask for George.

Spoke with Chad, the owner about the work that was previously performed. He wanted to make it right and would send George this time, (who I had used satisfactorily in the past). George came and solved the door hook problem in moments, remounted it correctly. Inspected the mismatched painted areas, took another sample of the paint and went to get it matched. When he returned, tried out on a small area until it dried, and it was perfect. He repainted all the areas that had been mismatched last time…he also, touched up everywhere he saw smudge or area that could use a retouch… walls looks like new!!! Even did some of the wood door trim. since he was already there, and there are always things that need to be done…Chad had waived the service fee and there was no charge for the redo of hook and paint… I kept George on the clock for the next 4 hours, and he mounted additional hooks in laundry room, changed out several light switches that had cracked, patched and painted some holes left from removal of blinds and installation of plantation shutters and when he left made sure the house was spotless. All I can say, is thanks to Chad and George for a job well done. Will definitely use these guys again when there is too much stuff for me to do easily. Its good to know that a company stands behind its work, and as Chad told me, there is a one year warranty on the work they do. Also, they send pretty good discount coupons to prior customers a few time a year.

George was professional, prompt, and courteous. He showed me issues and progress throughout the course of my outdoor fascia repair which required cutting out rusted metal pieces and replacing with a non-metal improved product. George did a great job on the stucco repairs that followed! Thank you George!
