Greg arrived on time and worked all day into the early evening to finish the project. Our old wooden door hatch was literally disintegrating, and on his recommendation, Greg built a new door out of PVC instead of wood (thereby avoiding another door replacement in 10 years). He did a great job and we are very pleased with the results!

Justin was an outstanding worker and every part of the job was perfect, especially hanging 30+ pictures in just the right spots and straight as an arrow. He was very friendly and if we do any future business together we would like him to do the work, if appropriate. My only issue has nothing to do with the quality of the work, but with labor portion cost. The current bill is the same as the estimate, and for Justin's 5.78 hours, I'm paying $1341, for an hourly rate of $232!! I think this is exorbitant and am hoping I can negotiate this down to a more reasonable number in the $150-$175 range. I'm not sure I could get many potential clients to pay this much for labor, and I am happy to recommend your company if we can resolve this item. Bottom line-overly expensive but excellent work on jobs that were relatively not too difficult, but completed in a friendly, quality fashion. I clearly now remember it was made very clear to me that the labor portion of my bill is not on a cost per hour basis but a job completed to my satisfaction basis, and that was certainly accomplished by the company. I understand this cost includes not only Justin's time here, but the cost of the initial estimator who was outstanding and also the cost of the friendly office staff and Ron the manager/owner. I am going to gladly pay what I was charged, and will not only use them again but highly recommend them with no discussion about hourly costs. i had to hire someone because my wrists are injured otherwise i couldve got some help and did it myself and save some money. David the technician was as nice and professional as there can ever be,,he put together my queen Bedframe that came with the worst directions"only pics" and the most bolts washers and hardware I'd ever seen,,he never complained or became fustrated. and my dog was barking the whole time he was there. i would hire again and request David for sure.
