Called initially to check that they were able to handle the type of job we assumed was required. The gentleman that answered my call, Bruce, was extremely polite, friendly and informative. He additionally provided me with approx $150.00 worth of troubleshooting tips. We called him back to retain. He came out exactly when he was expected, reviewed the work and advised that this was within their expertise. No charge for that visit. We set up a Saturday morning appt. The tech was not only on time, but was actually early, although he did not go to the door until the appointed time so as not to disturb us. He was very proficient and neat. He had the replacement parts we needed on the van. The job which entailed opening up a small access in the drywall and replacing the shower diverter, then resealing the opening with drywall & tile took approx 5 hours from start to finish. As the diverter cost about $200.00, I did not consider the price for this job to be excessive. They actually give you an estimate form that clearly calls out the cost per hour for their work. All in all a delightful experience. As they handle numerous types of issues, I intend to try them for other repairs and would strongly recommend their services.

No job was too small or too big, all repairs were completed in an expert manner, professionally done with a pleasant disposition.

This company stands by their work. I recently had a ceiling fan installed and shortly thereafter the pull that turns the fan on or off wasn't work. Kelon Sinclair came to house and after about 5 minutes figured out the problem. It took him about two minutes to fix it. Because they had installed the fan there was no charge. This is the third time we used Mr. Handyman for repairs and there is no doubt in my mind we will be using them again. From the first contact with the company through the completion of the job everyone is very professional and friendly. Kelon was prompt and super nice. Will be asking for him on our next project. Keep up the good work!!

I requested that they arrive after 1PM and they accommodated my request. I received a call about 20 minutes prior informing me that the technician was on his way. He completed all the work in one hour which was wonderful.
