They answered the first ring. They provided our "Handyman" – Dennis, within hours the same day. He arrived and with no fuss began working immediately, opening up the hole, trying to get to the source of the problem, etc. Through it all he was respectful, informative, and utterly focused on the job with no distractions. I actually got the overall impression that he was operating exactly as he would if it were his own house, and he obviously brought years of experience to the fold, which was evident in his many comments about what he was doing and why. He came back yesterday and worked hard all day, clearing out gutters, repairing roof damage, and closing up the hole. They charge by the hour (which seems like a reasonable approach), and the thing that struck me the most was that because of his varied knowledge, he didn't appear the least bit prejudiced towards one cause of a problem or solution – he could look at our house in it's entirety and really get to the problem, whatever it might be (as opposed to a "gutter" or "roof" person who might only know issues concerning the outside of one's house, etc.)…This holistic approach was most welcome, since some problems aren't as "cut and dry" and obvious. We will most definitely be calling them again.

These guys are awesome, I've had several projects done by Bruce's team and they have been fantastic. They are organized, clean, on-time, professional. I will be using theses guys on future projects. A helpful tip: pick up items from supply centers for your project if possible. This may reduce the cost for supplies and time. They have helped me get things squared away prior to projects that could have taken some time (i.e.: supplies out of stock at centers, etc) that could have impacted the projects. Please note they are willing to make the purchases and add that to your materials list.

I called yesterday afternoon – the person who answered was very professional and asked me a number of questions to make sure she knew what was needed. Ray came out that afternoon and gave me a reasonable estimate. Though it was late in the afternoon, he indicated he would go to Home Depot, get the needed replacement panel and install it that afternoon (since the forecast was for heavy rain the following day). He returned with the replacement panel siding and installed it quickly and efficiently . The cost of the job was within the estimate he had given me. Ray was very professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the job he did.
