This is my second time using Mr. Handyman. Chad Olson was my technician today. He did an excellent job installing a handrail and grab bar in the garage. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do to complete the job. Mark was professional and personable. He completed the task with efficiency. I will use these services again.

Squirrels were eating away the lead tops of the frost free plumbing vent caps on our roof. I wanted to replace them with non-leaded units but there weren't alternative parts available. This is a job I could do myself, but I'm too old to risk going up on roofs, so we contracted Mr. Handyman. The technician, Mark Sowers, came out and replaced them with new leaded tops. We then worked together to fashion protective metal cages, using 1/2" wire cloth that I had on hand, to protect them from squirrels. Mark was a joy to work with. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. His positive, cheerful and can-do attitude made our day. We would definitely want him back again should an appropriate need arise.

Chad was my handyman and did a great job. I had 2 doors that wouldn’t close, and he had them working like they were new. Chad was on-time, friendly, and did a good job explaining what was going on. Little spendy, but not Chads fault. Would use again.
