Before the next hard freeze, one visit covers the jobs that prevent burst pipes and winter drafts: garden hoses disconnected and drained, hose bibs covered, exposed pipes insulated, exterior door weatherstripping checked and replaced, spot caulk touch-ups, and your main water shut-off located and tested - plus our full 28-point Fall / Winter checklist, with the marked-up copy left with you.
- Essential ($449, up to 2 hrs, 1 tech): up to 2 hose bibs, 10 ft of pipe insulation, 1 exterior door. Best for most single-family homes.
- Complete ($749, up to 3.5 hrs, 1 tech): up to 4 hose bibs, 20 ft of pipe insulation, 2 exterior doors, plus extra time for guest-ready quick fixes. Best for larger homes.
- Winter + Spring - $849: both Essential visits booked together, price locked, priority scheduling. Package booked by December 31, 2026. Winter visit completed by January 31, 2027. Spring visit booked and completed by April 20, 2027.
- Add-ons in the same visit: extra hose bib $39 · extra door $89 · extra insulation $6/ft · guest-ready quick fix $59/item.
- Package booked by December 31, 2026; Winter visit completed by January 31, 2027 - that January 31 deadline applies to the Winter visit only.
- For Winter + Spring, the Spring visit must be booked and completed by April 20, 2027.
