Scope of job: Estimates and Rising Chandeliers Jason came on time to the appointment made. I needed a couple of estimates for two projects: Ceiling repair and Over Range exhaust duct installation. Also, to raise the chandeliers height for kitchen and dining area. Estimates: Jason explain with detail and patiently answered all my questions and suggestions. Definitely knows his trade and is resourceful Chandeliers: Clear communication, fast, and clean end results. 100% satisfied. Thank you. I will use again. Dec-04-2023. I used again Mr Handyman. This time to fix a broken ceiling that a previous contractor broke. Zech was very polite, and took time to explain the process to fix, checked for my satisfaction before cleaning up, and put attention to details. This is a great company and definitely will use again.

This was our first time using Mr. Handyman and the experience was great all around, from the first phone call to them to the completed work. Jason J. was the handyman technician that came to the property and he was outstanding. Will definitely be using them again!

Fast response, good quality repair

Just wanted to drop a quick note about my awesome experience with Mr. Handyman. Recently, I was needing some help to replace our kitchen faucet and get a reverse osmosis water system installed, which meant drilling a hole in the countertop. I reached out to a bunch of local plumbers, and guess what? Ali from Mr. Handyman got back to me super fast, while others took ages or didn’t even bother. Ali was amazing from the get-go. She really took the time to understand what I needed, and did her homework to make sure they could do the job – a big thumbs up compared to others who just said nope to the drilling part. And the quote they gave me? Spot on and totally fit my budget! The star of the show was Michael, our technician. This guy was not just on time, but super polite and treated the job with so much seriousness. When he needed a drill guide for the countertop and couldn't find one, he didn’t give up – he made one himself! Talk about dedication, right? It was Michael's first time installing a reverse osmosis system, but he didn’t let that stop him. He read up the manual, watched YouTube videos, and nailed the installation. No leaks, nothing, just perfect work. So, yeah, if you need someone reliable and skilled for home stuff, Mr. Handyman is the way to go. Michael and Ali have won me over, and I'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!

*updated* I had Mr. Handyman come out for my roof. They did a great job and I have no issue with the quality of work. The only problem I have is that I was given a price per hour and a service charge price. That's what I was expecting. Unfortunately, i was not told about the additional 75$ an hour if there is a "helper'. So that extra $150 i spent was quite a blindside. This is not to reflect upon the workmanship, which was great. Just from what was expected as a $400 dollar service turned into $600… *update* Found out that I was charged incorrectly, for the previously mentioned helper. Mr. Handyman refunded that amount to me without me even mentioning it to them. I have changed my score to 5 stars for the great service!
