Arrived on time. Solved a little problem with walls not being straight by shimming corners. My security screen door fits right and works well.

I called about 8 different handyman companies for about a week only to find nobody was available for a few weeks out. I needed a large and a small dresser built, and a large heavy desk disassembled and moved to a different room. I got ahold of Joe from Mr. Handyman and she explained to me everything from how they are licensed and insured, how the billing process works, and was able to have one of their employees Rick over the next day! The pricing is done fairly in one hour then every 15 minutes after increments as to make sure that they aren't overcharging, and it was worth every penny! Other companies would have tried to squeeze more out and probably for a lot less professionalism or organization and promptness. Rick arrived on time, and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn't complain that it was nearly 80 degrees in our apartment with only one portable ac unit and a few rogue fans, (moving didn't allow for the time or extra cash to get an extra ac unit yet but as much as I apologized, Rick never complained once, what a trooper!) also we have a pit bull who a lot of people we hire for help ask for us to put him away even though he just sleeps and watch, but Rick made friends with him right away and we were relieved we wouldn't have to lock him in his crate or a separate part of the house. I know this may not be the situation for everyone but it just made our experience with this company even better. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and using them in the future!! Thanks guys!

Needed 3 ADA compliant grab bars installed into my brother’s residence, 2 bathrooms and a shower stall. All 3 went into tiled walls. Service Tech Chris was wonderful! He arrived early as coordinated with Mr Handyman. Bars were installed at my disabled brothers requested heights and locations. Timely and professional quality, reasonable price. Peace of mind knowing my brother is safe in his home is priceless!
