Local Door Repair and Installation Services in College, California

I called about 8 different handyman companies for about a week only to find nobody was available for a few weeks out. I needed a large and a small dresser built, and a large heavy desk disassembled and moved to a different room. I got ahold of Joe from Mr. Handyman and she explained to me everything from how they are licensed and insured, how the billing process works, and was able to have one of their employees Rick over the next day! The pricing is done fairly in one hour then every 15 minutes after increments as to make sure that they aren’t overcharging, and it was worth every penny! Other companies would have tried to squeeze more out and probably for a lot less professionalism or organization and promptness. Rick arrived on time, and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn’t complain that it was nearly 80 degrees in our apartment with only one portable ac unit and a few rogue fans, (moving didn’t allow for the time or extra cash to get an extra ac unit yet but as much as I apologized, Rick never complained once, what a trooper!) also we have a pit bull who a lot of people we hire for help ask for us to put him away even though he just sleeps and watch, but Rick made friends with him right away and we were relieved we wouldn’t have to lock him in his crate or a separate part of the house. I know this may not be he situation for everyone but it just made our experience with this company even better. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and using them in the future!! Mr. Handyman did such a great job on demo and installation of a vanity. They handled the plumbing update and drywall patch in such an elegant fashion! So grateful for their help and quality of work!! They made the project easy. Oh, and they made sure to do a great job cleaning up the work area – love that!

Just a great group of people! They helped me out with some issues at my (senior) mothers house. She was so happy to have some projects taken care of. Courteous, on time and professional. Thank you Mr Handyman!
