Rigo was AWESOME ! Professionalism from OWNER , to Receptionist , to the Technician!! I will be using Mr. Handyman for future needs!

I had a front door that was sticking and difficult to open. My technician from Mr. Handyman was Art Fraley and he was SO impressive. He arrived within an hour of my call. He greeted me and then was all business. He evaluated the door, determined it needed to come off and be shaved down. He put plastic sheeting over the open doorway so no sawdust came into my house. After he hung the door he made some slight adjustments and I could see it was hung evenly with no excessive gaps anywhere. The door opens effortlessly now. He also noticed damage to the deadbolt strikeplate caused by a locksmith. He told me the lock would be more secure with a fresh strikeplate and he installed one he had on hand. He also secured my Schlage locking mechanism which was loose. He cleaned up and left the area spotless. Art was so professional! Give that man a raise! I will continue giving my business to Mr. Handyman and hopefully Art will be assigned to my home repairs in the future.

I called about 8 different handyman companies for about a week only to find nobody was available for a few weeks out. I needed a large and a small dresser built, and a large heavy desk disassembled and moved to a different room. I got ahold of Joe from Mr. Handyman and she explained to me everything from how they are licensed and insured, how the billing process works, and was able to have one of their employees Rick over the next day! The pricing is done fairly in one hour then every 15 minutes after increments as to make sure that they aren't overcharging, and it was worth every penny! Other companies would have tried to squeeze more out and probably for a lot less professionalism or organization and promptness. Rick arrived on time, and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn't complain that it was nearly 80 degrees in our apartment with only one portable ac unit and a few rogue fans, (moving didn't allow for the time or extra cash to get an extra ac unit yet but as much as I apologized, Rick never complained once, what a trooper!) also we have a pit bull who a lot of people we hire for help ask for us to put him away even though he just sleeps and watch, but Rick made friends with him right away and we were relieved we wouldn't have to lock him in his crate or a separate part of the house. I know this may not be the situation for everyone but it just made our experience with this company even better. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and using them in the future!! I had pigeon and gutter problems. The technician, Jessica was on time and went right to work. She had all the right equipment to remove more than 2 lbs of bird droppings, leftover nests and egg shells. She was clean and fast. Thank you and I will request her again.
