We had some small things that needed fixing at a really bad time. Kyle and Valerie were super responsive. The fellow who came to the house was quick and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely use this company again.

I need to preface my review with the fact that I live in Ramona and it's hard to find people who will come out that far and you just know you're going to have big trip fees. I called Mr. Handyman to move 2 electrical outlets to another part on the wall. The receptionist answered and she told me for Ramona it's a 4hr min and there would be a trip charge (no biggie, I expected that). As she was talking to me she was interrupted and told me to hang on cause Kyle the owner wanted to talk to me. He got on the phone and was so kind! He told me he used to live in Ramona and he was going to make a call to his friend. Kyle said "I know it's hard to find good contractors and for what you need, I don't want you to pay a big trip fee and for time you don't need." 15min later an electrician from Ramona called me and came over and did the work 2 days later. I'm so amazed! Kyle you are a gem and I'm so grateful to you. Thank you for looking out for me, a complete stranger, and treating me with so much kindness. You could have done the work and charged me but instead you treated me like your family and made sure I got the best of the best. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
