Steve M came today and did a greta job of assessing the job and presenting several good options. He was very thorough and did a great job of keeping me updated on the problem and how to fix it. He was awesome! thank you.

I could not be happier with my experience with this company. From the moment I contacted them, everyone I spoke to was helpful, professional, and nice. Anne, who helped me figure out what I needed and schedule the work, was such a nice person that I instantly felt as though I was calling friends to help me rather than hiring strangers. The company was able to schedule the work I needed done for the very next day, even though it wasn't an emergency at all. Michael was the gentleman that arrived to do the actual work and was fantastic. He discussed all of the projects with me, helped with things he really didn't need to help with (light bulbs, clean up, etc.), was a really nice and friendly person, and did a beautiful job on everything. He was even patient and tolerant with my excitable dog. Yes, the work was a little on the expensive side (though within the normal bounds – it took 5 hours of work and they provided some of the parts in addition to labor costs), but entirely worth it. I know I will call this company again if anything comes up. Thanks guys!

they showed up when they promised, got the job done and I did not have to chase a service person. I made ONE call and done-usually I have to text or call multiple private providers and hope one can fit me in-This group was speedy and did a great job- they are now my #1 go to for anything in my house. I value my time as well as others and it was a great experience-highly recommend them. You get what you pay for they were fair and delivered the solution.

Worried that the weather forecast called for more rain the following day (Tuesday). I needed to have the job done immediately. I called a couple of places (and left messages) before I called My. Handman. David from Mr Handyman picked up the phone immediately. David provided me a brief background of their company, as well as their services and rates. He gave me an appointment for Wednesday but explained that if his handyman finished early on a prior job Tuesday, he'll pass by. Agreeing to the arrangement, I left the parts that were needed to do the job in a secure place for the handyman to access on Tuesday morning, just in case. I received a call Tuesday afternoon at work from David informing me that his handyman can do the job that afternoon. I did not require to be home but I spoke to Gabriel, the handyman, on the phone. He explained what needed to be done. He was patient and professional regarding my questions. I came home to see a clean work area and a clean job done on the siding. The rain poured hours later in the evening. I was so glad the job was done earlier. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
