We’re happy to work with whatever materials you supply—paint that you want to be used, kitchen tile or light bulbs that you have purchased. We can also purchase supplies for an additional fee.

Payment for Completed Work
When the project is done, payment is expected for the completed work upon satisfaction. You can also make other arrangements in advance if needed.

The Handiman have all been excellent, both professionally and attitudinally. Usually come within time slot given, occasionally have exceeded that time. That happens: previous job longer than expected, traffic jams, etc.. no big deal. Don’t try calling on weekend or after hours. When you are asked if it is an emergency, don’t say “yes”, won’t do any good. Called Friday after hours, received no call by Monday do I called in , again, myself. While the workmanship is of excellent quality, don’t feel I’m a valued customer and will be investigating other services in the future. They certainly won’t be more expensive.
