Great experience. Aaron Henley was our technician. He arrived promptly. He put covers on his shoes which was not necessary but appreciated. He promptly did his estimate which was fair for the work performed. He completed the work on both projects in 3 hours which was great. He also noticed our doorknob was lose and tightened it up without asking. Overall a great experience and we will definitely us them again. A few weeks later we had Aaron come back out to remove 3 full size mirrors in our mater bath and hang some new modern mirrors. He removed the mirrors with ease and without breakage of the mirrors. He then sanded and prepped the mirrors surface for painting and painted the area and hung the new mirrors. Entire job took only a few hours and I could not be more happy with the outcome.

My wife and I have been trying to find someone to adjust our atrium doors and seal them properly ! we have been trying to find someone for the past five years. No one has ever been able to do it correctly,I called Handyman services and they sent out James West and I would like to tell you he made my doors perfect open and closing no leakage. He did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend him to do any type of work in your home ! he is very neat clean and knows what he’s doing., Everything he did was done correctly, When I called Handyman Services, I spoke with Lisa , she had a great phone voice, very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely professional and fun to talk to !!! My wife and I would highly recommend this company!

I’m writing this review for my dad Hailemicael Ghebre. Onur came to help us with hanging paintings and installing curtain rods. He did a wonderful job and was pleasant. We would work with him again.

Financing options are available through SVCFIN financing, a third-party lender. Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by SVCFIN financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
