Kennewick sits in a stretch of eastern Washington where homes range from decades-old ranch houses near downtown to newer builds along the river in West Pasco. That mix keeps our skilled team busy with a wide range of repairs. Door and window repairs make up a big share of our calls, along with drywall patches after a move-out or a rough storm season.
Bathrooms are where we've been spending a lot of our time lately. We install walk-in and stepless showers, convert old tubs into showers with built-in seating, and add grab bars for homeowners who want to stay in their own home longer. The Tri-Cities have a large retirement-age population, and aging-in-place work like ramps, handrails, and motion-sensor lighting has become one of our most requested services.
Outside, we repair and build decks, install railing systems, including Maisy glass and cable railings, and fix fence posts that didn't survive another windy Columbia Basin winter. Siding, fascia, soffit, and wood rot repair round out our exterior list, along with power washing before a home goes on the market.
Flooring keeps our schedule full too. We retile showers and backsplashes, stretch loose carpet, install LVP, and patch hardwood that's been damaged by a leak or years of foot traffic. Kitchen and bathroom countertop replacement, closet organizer installs, and mirror and towel bar mounting round out the smaller jobs that still make a home feel finished.
We don't paint full interiors or exteriors, take on re-roofing jobs, or handle work that requires an electrical or plumbing license. What we do handle is everything in between. The repairs and installs that make a house function the way it's supposed to, done by a crew that already knows the older homes in Walla Walla and the newer construction going up in Pasco.
