Great experience. Easy to make an appointment, and the technician, Ed, was on time, very nice and did an amazing job fixing a light fixture, adding a pet door, and doing some tile work. The price was fair, and the quality was great. Would definitely use them again.

I called Mr. Handyman to install a built-in microwave. Most of the companies I called only provided repair service, not installation. I called on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday. They provided text reminders prior to the appointment. My technician. Jason Rothschild was prompt, and very knowledgeable. I didn't have all of the material needed for the installation, so he told me what to get, and then I rescheduled for the following morning. Again, he was prompt, and finished the job within a half hour. Great experience – Definitely 5 stars!!

I have used Mr. Handyman on numerous occasions and have been extremely satisfied. Admittedly, one could easily find alternatives that cost less but this is an instance where you get what you pay for and where you can readily see what that extra money buys: (1) Great reliability (I've never had an instance where the handyman did not show up when scheduled or before); (2) High quality work (I've used them for a wide variety of large and small projects and the work has always been excellent; moreover, their investment in the quality of their work is such that if something isn't right, they take care of it at no additional charge); (3) Efficiency (they work quickly without sacrificing quality and always leave work areas as clean as they found them); and (4) Peace of mind (based on both their careful screening and my experiences thus far, I'm now comfortable having the Mr. Handyman employee we've used do work in my home in my absence when my wife and young child are there; more importantly, my wife is also comfortable with this whereas neither of us would be with any other handyman we've used). All in all, a first-rate, well-run business that I will continue to use and recommend enthusiastically to others.
