I am impressed with: the quality of the work despite the poor working conditions (old, old house with rotted wood, etc.); the technician's (Phil) commitment to accomplishing all repairs within the estimated time despite the unforeseen obstacles; and his commitment to perform those repairs as economically as possible. I and my family are quite pleased with the results. I used Mr. Handyman again to repair a light. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the technician's name but he did an outstanding job. I was impressed.

We had a broken front door handle with a special mortise lock… a big job to replace and expensive- Dan our handyman was great. He assessed the job and gave us a few options, one being the cheaper way to go by taking some time to fix the broken lock. The first company I called said they could not fix but only replace.$$. Dan was honest, knowable, and friendly he even didn't charge us for 30 min of extra work. I highly recommend Dan and his company!

I called Mr. Handyman needing a long list of smaller things done prior to moving out of a current rental. To my surprise & delight they had an opening the following afternoon. Scott arrived right on time the next afternoon. He was very professional & friendly and got right to work. Scott did a great job on every item on my list, which ranged from filling nail holes to changing out a ceiling fan & kitchen faucet. When he finished, in very good time considering the number of items on my list, he was very conscientious about walking back through everything with me & making sure it was (1) done to my satisfaction & (2) he had actually accomplished everything on my list. I would definitely use Mr. Handyman again.
