I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman for any repairs needed. My husband was in the attic looking for a leak in our roof. He ended up falling through the ceiling of kitchen. We had a huge hole that needed to be fixed immediately. I called Mr. Handyman and they were able to give me a quote over the phone once I provided pictures. They also went out of their way to match a lower price with another company. They sent out a gentleman named Franklin. He did an amazing job! He came out the next day and had my ceiling fixed within the hour. It looks like brand new. I was extremely impressed with how fast and how well the job turned out. You couldn't even tell someone had fallen through their less than 24 hours before. I would highly recommend Franklin and Mr. Handyman to anybody looking for great customer service and excellent workmanship.

I expected them to come by to look at the work and provide an estimate in a few days. Instead, the guy told me he would write up the estimate and if I was okay with the estimate, he could do the work. What? You mean they come prepared to do the work – excellent! The estimated was very reasonable and I loved that the repair was done the same day. Best part was he did a great job! I highly recommend these guys!!

I recently had a drainage system installed in my back yard. During the excavation a section of wall that had basically been underground was exposed and it became evident that that section of wall had been and would continue to be exposed to moisture during the rainy season. My landscape contractor has worked with the owner of Mr. Handyman in the past and recommended him to me. I called Tom Hofmeister, the owner, that very day and he came over I believe the next day. He had several ideas about the best way to seal this portion of the wall and we made an appointment for this week. I received a call from their office last night to remind me that they would be coming by today. They arrived right on time this morning. Tom came along to introduce me to the technician, Bernard Necker, and I assume to give him direction on the best way to accomplish the repair. What impressed me the most was that they really did not know what to expect until they cut into that section of wall. They ended up having to take a totally different approach to the repair than initially planned. Bernard did not miss a beat. He explained to me the problems they had encountered and how he was going to accomplish the repair. He did not charge me for the time it took to go to the store to pick up additional supplies and finished the job quite quickly. The job looks very professional and appears to be very well sealed against the rainy season and it did not cost me a fortune! I was very impressed with every aspect of this transaction and I anticipate using Mr. Handyman again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

The person who came out to our home was Jason. I wanted to call him John as he is as big as John Goodman. Tall fella I get to look up to, which is rare as I'm about 6'4". The issue was our banister had been damaged by a furniture delivery company. Effectively nicked in several places. Jason was able to touch up everything. The surprise was that he was able to fill one that was chipped. I fully expected the banister to have to be sanded, blended and and a huge chore. He had the skills and personality to work with us beyond our expectations, hence the five stars. If you look at my other reviews, five stars are not common. Fair and equitable reviews are my thing.
