The technician that handled it was good. They did the job in a timely manner and everything was fine. There were no complaints about it. Their price was okay. I think they underestimated the price for the job they had to do. We didn’t have to pay more because they underestimated the cost of the job. The technician that we had was very good. There were a lot of different people but the young man that came did a great job. He was very good. We would use their services again in the future.

The gutter over the front of the condo was clogged. I scheduled an appointment with Mr.Handyman, but the day before the appointment, they called and asked me to reschedule. That was not so convenient for me, but I agreed on a new date. They gave me a $25 discount in the final bill. Barry arrived on time, inspected the gutter, and decided to go on the roof to get to it, rather than using a tall ladder from the street level. When he found that the downspout was clogged, he had to come downstairs to get his snake, but he still finished the job within 30 minutes. He advised me to replace two parts of the downspout because they are corroded and leaking.

He is good. He was also nice. He gave us a quote on putting on some lights for a wedding and when he got there, there were some sort of a misunderstanding. We got quoted for a higher amount. It went a bit of back and forth and finally we went back to the normal rate that they have quoted from the beginning. He was very nice and calm. In the beginning, I was a but worried if it will get done and it got done and actually, it was done very quickly. He was very good at working with us.

Robin Evans did a wonderful job in every aspect down to the smallest detail. We will definitely use them for all of our Handyman needs and will certainly request Robin for every job. He was fantastic. So great to find professional help.

I am a handy guy but I know my limits. My water heater pilot would not restart, so I called the manufacture and got a free replacement pilot kit. Once I read the instructions, I knew I had to call in a pro. Mr. Handyman came in, gave me a quick written quote, and got the job done within his quoted hours. I believe it was a total of 3 hours work, and I felt it was a good deal. You really don't want to see someone rush a job with electricity, gas and water involved.
