I am starting my kitchen remodel and needed to have some cabinets removed and others repositioned in a different area of the kitchen. I asked for an estimate and they sent Technician Rich Mitchell. He listened and asked questions that indicated that he understood what I was trying to accomplish with this work. And the estimate was over $500 lower than a competitor estimate for the same work. Additionally, Rich assured me that they could fit into my schedule. The competitior said "we'll have to see if we can fit you in" even though I had two weeks to get this work done. So I went with Mir. Handyman. What I really loved was that the person who did my estimate was the person who did the work. Technician Rich Mitchell showed up on the number for when the work was supposed to start. He was friendly, we reviewed what the job was again and he got to work. He was efficient and focused. He asked questions when he needed to and was just so great to work with. And he gone done on time and within the estimate. In fact he got done 1 hour earlier than the estimated time! And the job is exactly what I wanted! Exactly! No caveats, just perfect! Rich and Mr Handyman did an outstanding job and the price was fair. I will be giving them more business as I think I have finally found my Mr. Handyman service for the jobs around my home that I need professionals for. They are exactly what I want. Professional, prompt and qualified. They do the work right! The first time!

Mohammad from the Enfield division came today for a power washing job for our home. Scheduling to come out was easy, professional and very timely. When he arrived for our quote apt he was on time and offered a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. He offered to do the job same day if we wanted. He got right to work and did an amazing job for us. He even did the steps for us which we hadn’t discussed but was so grateful because they look fantastic! I would recommend him and will definite use him again in the future.

UPDATE: I have had Mr Handyman of Suffield, Enfield and Coventry, come back several times for more jobs around my house. They always do such a great job with clear explanations and pricing prior to any work. I've been really happy with their service! Quick, professional service. Technician was polite, clean and efficient. We have them coming back for additional jobs that need to be done.
