    I am very happy with the work this business did for me. Travis worked very hard, he did not even take a break for lunch. I am very impressed with this company. I communicated with Cody who always answered my texts. He even provided me with a fair estimate with photos of the job that I texted him. More businesses should operate as this one does.     Courtney, The sales rep, was awesome. Also thank you for Jesse Craig. The technician that came out that did the physical appraisal although I never met him in person I spoke to him over the phone. He explained in details the appraiser procedure and he was very professional, he represented, Mr. Handyman, and a very professional way. It’s technicians like him That place your company light years above the rest.. I just wanna make sure that he gets Credit and recognition he deserves.     I contacted Mr. Handyman to install railings at my entryways and to paint my bulkhead door. I asked lots of questions about the installation and the varios options and Cody was always patient, professional and timely with detailed answers even with pictures of various railing products, often having to revise estimate to accommodate different scenarios. When it came to installation the technician introduced himself and at times asked for my preference when applicable. Installation was perfect and looks great. Sensitive to rainy weather forthcoming they rescheduled the painting of bulkhead door for another day. The paint job also looks very good. I was very happy with their service and ease of dealing with them as well.

    I used their services for installing a dryer vent under our crawl space to vent outside instead of under our home. James was very courteous, walked thru the job and did for slightly less than quoted, a pleasant surprise. He did the work and took pictures to show me so I didn’t have to crawl under to see it. Very positive experience and will keep them in mind for the next thing that eventually comes along being a homeowner. Well done James!!
