Additionally, Rich assured me that they could fit into my schedule. The competitior said "we'll have to see if we can fit you in" even though I had two weeks to get this work done. So I went with Mir. Handyman. What I really loved was that the person who did my estimate was the person who did the work. Technician Rich Mitchell showed up on the number for when the work was supposed to start. He was friendly, we reviewed what the job was again and he got to work. He was efficient and focused. He asked questions when he needed to and was just so great to work with. And he gone done on time and within the estimate. In fact he got done 1 hour earlier than the estimated time! And the job is exactly what I wanted! Exactly! No caveats, just perfect! Rich and Mr Handyman did an outstanding job and the price was fair. I will be giving them more business as I think I have finally found my Mr. Handyman service for the jobs around my home that I need professionals for. They are exactly what I want. Professional, prompt and qualified. They do the work right! The first time!
