Jake came out the day after Christmas to take a look at my garbage disposal because it wasn't working but also my dishwasher wasn't draining. Because of my schedule, I didn't make the appt sooner and things got disgusting in that dishwasher with mold and everything. Well Jake came out and he found that my disposal was dead – the motor had seized up and that was the issue. He was able to go to the Home Depot just a couple miles away, get me a new one and installed it. Not only that but he made sure that the standing water in the dishwasher was able to drain too. It did!! I was so excited. He double checked everything to make sure all was tight and there was no leakage. Jake was professional, kind and so helpful. He sure knew his stuff and got it done in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I have called Mr. Handyman and have been pleased both times. Being a little older with a mobility issue this company and the services they offer is truly a Godsend. Thank you to everyone there from the ladies that made my appointments to Jake who made everything right. I will have them back!!

David C. arrived on time, he was courteous, professional and walked through the requested items one by one to discuss and answer questions. Excellent service across the board. Crystal was prompt and clear with all communications (text and phone). Jake did a top notch job in removing my old damaged drywall, and installing and painting new drywall. He always arrived on-time, kept me informed on what he was doing, had me inspect the work before sign-off daily, and completed the job quickly. He also brought an issue with exterior sealing to my attention that I was able to get my condo association to fix the next day. Will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.

This was my first time using Mr. Handyman and it all went very well. Brian was great and gave me information about repairing/replacing a door that was leaking when it rained. He also helped with a couple other small jobs that I have been putting off. Looking forward to having him back to finalize the work on the door.
